Anyone who truly knows me, knows a handful of Carly facts:
#1. I hate apple juice. No, not hate. Loathe entirely.
#2. Pink is my signature color.
#3. The key to my heart is through my stomach, in the form of chocolate mousse.
My parents got me a chocolate mousse cake from a bakery in Ft. Lauderdale every year for my birthday since I can remember. It’s been up to Corey to carry on the tradition, and he has pulled through with some form of chocolate mousse each year since we met.
This year, it was on Valentine’s Day. He had the chef at one of our favorite restaurants specially make a batch of delicious chocolate mousse.
Unfortunately, my beloved dessert is packed with calories and fat. So, as delicious as it tastes going down, as soon as it’s gone, I’m left feeling pretty guilty.Enter: Guiltless Chocolate Mousse, brought to you by yours truly.Guiltless Chocolate Mousse Servings: 2Ingredients:8 oz.
