Grilled Salmon & Grilled Fresh Salmon Steaks

Salmon is a popular food. Consuming salmon is considered to be reasonably healthy due to the fish's high protein, high Omega-3 fatty acids, and high vitamin D content. Salmon is also a source of cholesterol, ranging 23–214 mg/100g depending on the species. Flesh is orange in color.


GRILLED SALMON
Ingrdients

salmon
enough mayonnaise to cover the salmon
pepper
garlic salt
season salt
Method

Spread mayonnaise all over the salmon, then cover with the spices; put on greased foil lined grill at medium-low heat and cook for 30 minutes or until done. Remove from grill; place on serving tray, then enjoy!

GRILLED FRESH SALMON STEAKS

2 (1 1/2 inch) thick fresh salmon steaks
Bottle of steak sauce
Method

Marinate salmon in the steak sauce for one hour in the refrigerator. Remove from marinade. Cook on charcoal or gas grill for 10 minutes on each side. Serve with baked potato and salad.
