Grill up those dogs and burgers!

What would Fourth of July be without hot dogs and burgers on the BBQ? Here are some ways to make your BBQ a bit healthier: Wrap your burger in lettuce instead of a bun / Skip the mayo / Hold the cheese / Choose lean meat / And if your heart is not set on a burger, try grilling up some chicken or fish. Happy 4th!

I have always heard that the very process of grilling converts animal fats into carcinogens. The blackened part -- sorry, Louisiananas! -- changes chemically into a substance that gets stored in the body and accumulates to become cancer.
