2 cups roasted almonds
1/2 Tbsp. turbinado sugar
1/2 Tbsp. honey powder (or additional sugar)
3/4 tsp. culinary grade matcha powder
3/4 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
salt, to taste (if using unsalted almonds)
Process almonds in a food processor until smooth and buttery.
Add remaining ingredients, except salt, and process well.
Salt to taste.
