GOSHT DUM BIRYANI

(Mutton biryani simmered to tenderness )

Time required : One hour 15 minutes.
Serves -4

Ingredients for Rice

250 g Basmati rice
500ml milk
5 g whole garam masala ( cloves, cardamom, cinnamon )
Salt to taste
