Gorami chips? Different! Fish and Chips without the “and”!

These are amazing. Deep-fried in palm oil and salted, they’re simple yet tasty. Similar to potato chips, but very low in simple carbohydrates and high in protein, these are a great snack alternative. Palm oil makes them calorically dense – so, just a few should do it to alleviate hunger for awhile. They seem less addictive than potato chips. It’s like having the potato chip experience without the compulsion. Palm oil is high in Vitamin E – the highest of all vegetable oils; and contains co-Q10. It’s got a high melt point and is relatively stable at high temperatures, making it one of the safer oils to fry in.
