Good Food = Good Health: How to Decipher Food Labels

Two-part Tuesday series on February 25th & March 4th from 7 to 8:30 p.m. at the Berkley Community Center

The average grocery store contains more than 50,000 items, and new ones arrive every day. Many are tagged with phrases like “whole-grain,” “probiotic,” and “grass-fed.” What do these labels mean? Join us to become fluent in label-speak and to find out which items are the healthiest (and tastiest) to have in your kitchen. With just a little knowledge, you’ll be a pro at navigating the grocery store aisles!
