Gluten-Free Snowflake Cupcakes

Since purchasing a set of non-toxic food colorings , I’ve been very excited to use them. Gluten-free vanilla cupcakes, made to look like reminders of a winter season seemed like a perfect opportunity.

To get the bright turquoise color of the frosting, I mixed some blue with some yellow.

To make snowflakes, melt some white chocolate in a microwave. Pour it into a ziplock bag, cut one of the bag’s edges off and pour the chocolate in criss-crossing lines to make a snowflake. Wait for the snowflake to harden and use in about 15 minutes to decorate your winter cupcakes.
