A blend of diverse fruits flavours in a punch that you can chill out with.

INGREDIENTS
Mango squash -4 tbsp.
Orange squash -4 tbsp.
Lemon juice -2 tsp.
Ginger juice -2 tsp.
Sugar, powdered -4 tsp.
Soda (chilled) -300 ml (2 cups)
METHOD
1. Mix together the squashes, lemon juice, ginger juice and powdered sugar.
2. Divide equally into two glasses.
3. Add chilled soda and serve immediately.
Note : Ginger juice is prepared by grating the ginger and then squeezing it in a lemon squeezer.
TIP Mix 2-3 tbsp of orange squash with ½ cup water and some mint leaves. Set it for freezing in an ice tray and use these colourful cubes to serve the punch.
