You will need 100 g refined wheat flour 2 eggs 100 chicken mince ( boneless ) 1/4 teaspoon Soy sauce 1/4 teaspoon ajinomoto Method Mix wheat flour, eggs and enough water to form a firm dough. Roll out the dough to 2 mm thickness. Cut into square pieces. Mix the chicken mince with ajinomoto. soy sauce and salt. Place a little filling on the top of the square pieces, fold each in a triangular shape, and deep fry. Chicken wings You will need 5 chicken wings 5 g ginger 5 g Garlic 5 g onion 5 g chilli powder Corn flour - 1/4 cup Egg -1 2 tablespoon tomato sauce 1/4 teaspoon white pepper powder 1/4 teaspoon ajinomoto Salt to taste Oil for frying Method Clean and wash chicken wings. Coat them with a paste of corn flour and egg . Keep aside. Make a paste of ginger, garlic, onion and chilli powder. In a pan, deep fry the wings, pour out excess oil and retain a little. Fry the paste to a light brown colour. Add tomato sauce, pepper and salt to taste. Add the fried wings to this sauce. Keep tossing the chicken wings till dry. Serve hot .
