I thumbed through my USAA magazine today and found this interesting report from the American Heart Association:
Only 3 percent of American adults follow all four of the healthy lifestyle choices:
- Maintain a healthy weight
- Don't smoke
- Eat five fruits and vegetables a day
- Exercise regularly
That meand 3 in a 100 people follow these lifestyle choices. How do you fair in these four? Are you part of the 3 percent?
