It’s fun to meet the other food bloggers!! I ate lunch across from Anna atCookie Madnesswho is a KERF reader! Food bloggers got priority to attend a special food demo byRocco DiSpiritosponsored byBertolli Pasta Sauce. I came away with a Rocco cookbook and two sample pouches of Bertolli!
I had just sat down to eat mydelicious boxed lunch….when……….

First - the lunch! Our choices were agrilledchickenbreastsandwich, aveggie wrap(with onions) and asteak salad. Normally I’dneverchoose a steak salad because I’m just not a big steak eater, but it was the most appealing option so I did. It was actually delicious!! Best boxed lunch I’ve had in ages! The salad hadsteak pieces,cilantro, jicama, cucumbers, carrots, and anAsian dressing.So good!
There was also aroll(it wasn’t the best but I ate it anyways) andfruit salad, which I ate all of, plus some of mom’s. I love fruit! I saved theGhirardellichocolatefor later and only had 2 small bites of thedessert- it wascherry-chocolatewhich is a combo I just have never liked.
We also tasted some of theBertollipouchedsauces- which were REALLY good! I loved the mushroom one. I had a piece offrench breadfor dipping.

So as I was saying….I had just sat down to eat whenRoccocame up and put his hand on the back of my chair and started chatting away!! The blogger next to me snapped a photo (although a little blurry). Hot stuff!
Mom too!
For dessert I had the rest of mychocolatefrom this morning -
Again I’m blogging during a session (many of us are!) and should be paying attention again…
