Food and Exercise Journaling is a big part of my life. I like keeping track of what I eat and that I exercise almost daily. Here is an example of what I keep in the kitchen by our stove. I always include a couple of positive affirmations and what I have to do for the day! Being organized helps my mind stay more focused and free! Exercise for the week of April 5th:Mon: Walk and Golf (9 holes) Tues: 30 min Beach Body Tape and my free weights Wed: 30 min Yoga Tape and Shake weight Thurs: 30 min Weight Watchers Tape Fri: 15 mins Leg Magic and Shake weight Sat: 20 min walk with Cliff Sun: Walk and Golf (9 holes) Update: Vitatops Giveaway here at Healthy Happy Place!
