Tahini is a sesame paste, which is one of the best sources of vitamin E, as well as vitamins B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B15, Biotin and Choline. It also contains vitamin A. Tahini is rich in calcium and is richer in protein than milk, soy beans, sunflower seeds and most nuts.
