Debone and wash the fish. Mix lime juice, salt, pepper and mustard powder. Marinate the fish in this mixture for 10 minutes.
Beat the egg till light. Add flour, salt, pepper and mustard powder and mix well. Add a little water and mix to a thick batter. Dip the fillets in this batter and roll in the breadcrumbs. Deep fry in hot oil till done [ golden brown clour ]. Serve with french fries and sauce with garlic bread/ toasted bread [ whole wheat/ brown bread ] slices.
