first started with a sharp pain lower right side of abd\back area. now i have a stomach ache high in the abdomen

after the sharp pain the next day is when i woke up with the stomach ache.  i felt constipated and had the chills maybe even a slight fever.  the pain is moderate right now but i still have the stomach pain tender to touch.  not able to sleepp on stomach.
