Summer is almost here, and it’s all about the vegetables! Did you know that Michigan ranks #2 in the nation in terms of agricultural diversity? We’ll be taking advantage of that early-summer spread by making Summertime Greens ‘n’ Garlic Soup, Soy-Sesame Kale Chips, Roasted Broccoli, Cauliflower & Asparagus Harvest Salad, Scandinavian Apple, Beet & Cabbage Slaw, and New Potatoes Tossed with Peas & Mushrooms. You’re going to love the farmer’s market this year!
