Fall Meal

A quick fall meal for your Sunday dinner!

1. Roasted Sweet Potatoes: Dice sweet potatoes and toss in olive oil with a little steak seasoning. Roast @ 425 for 35-45 minutes.

2. Brown Sugar Pork Tenderloin: Marinate pork tenderloin in 1/2 stick melted butter, 3/4 c. worchestshire sauce, and 3/4 c. brown sugar. Grill until cooked through.

3. Shaved Brussel Sprouts: Shave brussel sprouts and saute them with 1.5 T olive oil + 1 T. brown sugar and salt + pepper.

Serve with pumpkin beer or a full bodied red wine!
