Hi there! Happy Friday to you!! We made it! It’s been a long and stressful week and I am happy to see it go by and embrace the weekend! What are you doing this weekend? I am SO happy to say that we received our wedding video in the mail yesterday! Let me tell you, this video is incredible! I am really really impressed! It is everything that Mike and I were looking for and more. They captured every second, every emotion, every word, and every feeling of the entire day. Watching the video last night, I had goosebumps down my arms and legs and I couldn’t stop crying. It was emotional and beautiful all at the same time. I felt like I was recapping the entire day and it brought up all of those emotions again. It was wonderful. We are so excited to share it with our family and friends. Our videographers usually post the highlights of the videos that they do on their website. Once they post the highlights, I am definitely going to share with all of you. Also, stayed tuned for the weekend! I am planning on recapping the “getting ready” portion of our wedding either tomorrow or Sunday. So definitely check it out! I know a lot of you have been waiting for the recaps and I promise you, it will be worth the wait!
I was planning on doing an entire post dedicated to pumpkin finds that Melissa and I were searching for last night but that didn’t work out as planned. We noticed in the Aldi ad that they had a ton of pumpkin products that we wanted to try. However, once we got to the store, we realized that we saw the ad for next week! Boo! So we will be for sure going back there next Wednesday as soon as the ad starts so we can purchase the pumpkin items I have been waiting for! I did end up getting pumpkin cream cheese for $1.25!!! So cheap! I also got a mix that you can either bake pumpkin bread or pumpkin muffins with. I will be definitely making those this weekend. I picked up a can of canned pumpkin for only 99 cents too! Aldi is so reasonable. If you haven’t checked out that store, seriously, you are missing out! Some of the items might not be name brand but they are just as good if not better!
So today, I wanted to bring back a post that I haven’t done in a while. I want to talk about some of my end of September favorites!
This applesauce has: 50% less calories than regular apple sauce, low in sugar, no artificial sweeteners and is an excellent source of vitamin C. I love the tart flavor of the granny smith apples. It makes for a great snack!
This may not be the healthiest treat out there but let me tell you, if you are chocolate lover like myself, you are going to love this! I had a few coupons for free Blue Bunny products and as soon as I saw this one, I knew we needed it! The ice cream is chocolate, the outside has cookie crumbles and the cone is chocolate. What more could you ask for? I love it!
Another item that isn’t so healthy! At my bridal shower, a guest made a gift basket that had pink and purple m&m’s in them. Once I tried them, I was convinced that they were cherry. I looked everywhere for cherry m&m’s and couldn’t find them. Then I went to my friend’s bridal shower and they gave the same m&m’s as a favor. I finally asked her where her sister got them from because I loved them so much. I later found out, they were not cherry. They are raspberry! I couldn’t tell the difference. They are so good! I love them. I don’t eat chocolate and candy all the time but when I need a pick me up, these raspberry m&m’s really do the trick!
Eggo Pumpkin Spice Waffles
I have loved these waffles for the past several years. I actually picked them up at the beginning of the month as soon as I saw them in stores. I knew I needed them in my life again! They have the perfect amount of pumpkin flavor. I love it! They make for a great breakfast with some syrup on top. So good!
Thomas Pumpkin Spice Bagels
The only place that I have found these bagels so far is Walmart! I’ve heard that they actually came out with Thomas Pumpkin Spice bagel thins! I haven’t been those yet. I love these bagels. They are my favorite this time of year. They are fragrant of pumpkin and you can actually see bits of pumpkin in the bagel! It’s even better when you pair it with some pumpkin cream cheese. Can you tell I love pumpkin a little bit? Pumpkin makes everything better!
Jergens Natural Glow Moisturizer
My last favorite product for the month of September is the Jergen’s Natural Glow Moisturizer. Once we came back from our honeymoon and I was tan, I was looking to extend it for a while because I have events that I have been going to where I need to wear dresses and I want to look sun-kissed. I use this usually for a week before I have to go somewhere and getting closer to the event, I might use it twice a day. It really does make our skin glow. You look sun-kissed after a few days. It’s nothing dark and it’s not a full tan but it works when you don’t have the time or money to go spray tanning. I am against tanning booths so I will never do that. This works just fine for me.
So there you have it! Some of my end of September favorites. Do you like any of the same products as me? What are some of your end of September favorites?
