Egg Recipes

Poached Egg In Milk


4 eggs

8 tablespoon milk

Salt and pepper to taste


Take 4 custard cups and spoon 2 tablespoon milk in each.Break the eggs and gently slide from shells into the 4 cups.

Springle with salt and pepper and bake in a moderate oven for about 15 to 20 minutes,or until done to your liking.

You can also springle cheese on top if you like.

Scambled Eggs


2 eggs

2 tablespoon, either cooked sliced chicken,meat or liver

1 tablespoon ,each of minced cottage cheese and cheese

1 teaspoon minced onion

2 green chillies, minced

A few boiled peas[optional]

Sal , pepper and chilli powder to taste


Mix all the ingredients together and put in a non-stick pan and stir with a wooden spatulla till done to your taste.
