Easy, Yeast-Free Spelt Bread

How about baking some bread in 20 minutes? I mean, the bread that actually tastes like real bread! Easy, Yeast-Free Spelt Bread looks, tastes and feels just like a juicy, chewy slice of homemade goodness.

Easy, Yeast-Free Spelt Bread

Ingredients:

2 cups spelt flour

1 tsp baking powwder

1.5 cups buttermilk

1 tsp. maple syrup

pinch of sea salt

1/4 cup sunflower or pumpkin seeds or raisins and walnuts (optional)

Directions:

Preheat the oven to 375 * F.

Mix the first two ingredients. Gradually add all other ingredients. Put the  dough into a ziplock bag and knead well ( or give your kids to play with!) Transfer to a lightly oiled baking dish and bake for about 20 minutes or until a toothpick, inserted in the center comes out clean.
