As I have studied how to claim my health, it has become clear that green juice is one of the most important things you can do to take control of your health. Green Juice is truly your new BFF.
In six months I have dropped 20 pounds without trying! I feel as if I have woken up from a deep sleep. Today, I am a total juiceaholic!!

Cucumbers, celery for liquid.
Rotate greens: parsley, spinach, dandelion, kale, collards, romaine, swiss chard, asparagus
Flavoring: lemons, ginger, garlic, herbs of your choice
Up your potency with sprouts.
Because I am always concerned about sugar, you will not find fruit in my green juice. Play with the taste and your cells will thank you.
