I thought the book covered many chain restaurants and offered some good suggestions, but be prepared to ask for lots of substitutions to the menus. Having not followed this plan, it’s hard to say how helpful the advice is. I do believe that it’s a good reminder that things at restaurants can be modified to meet your dietary needs.
