Forget the canola or olive oil (and definitely don't try butter); rice brown oil doesn't mess up the natural flavor of what you're cooking, and its high smoke point means you can deep-fry to your heart's content. Also, rice bran oil contains vitamin E-associated antioxidants that are related to breast and skin cancer prevention.
