Deep fried Chicken Wings with Garlic

Deep Fried Chicken Wings

Ingredients:

4 chicken wings
4 - 5 cloves garlic, minced.
1/4 cup soy sauce
flour
Oil

Method:

In a large bowl, mix chicken, garlic and soy sauce.

Keep the chickens sit in refrigerator for 4-6 hours minimum (overnight is better).

Coat each chicken piece with flour.

Deep fry chicken in oil until chicken is fully cooked.

Serve hot or cold.
