Beat eggs in a bowl and gradually beat in flour, sugar, custard powder, and milk and beat till smooth.
Heat in the melted butter or oil. Set aside for at least half an hour.
Heat a pancake pan, grease it well and spread a spoonful of the batter to completely cover the pan. Shake well and cook for about a minute till brown on the edges. Turn crape over with a spatula and cook briefly.
Pile crepes on a plate. Shape into a cone and stuff with stewed fruit mixed with the custard. Serve with basic pouring custard ( vanilla ).
Take quarter cup milk and mix in the custard powder.
Put the remaining milk to boil. Remove from the fire and mix in the sugar and custard powder mixture and return to the heat.
Cook for about two minutes stirring constantly till thick.
Remove from the heat and stir till cool and thick. pour over cakes, pastries, ice creams, fruits etc.

8 1/2 tablespoon custard powder ( strawberry flavor ) 2 cups fresh grated coconut 3/4 cup sugar 2 tablespoon raisins 2 tablespoons almonds , sliced A pinch of salt 1 tablespoon ghee 3 cups hot water
Place coconut in a mixer and extract coconut milk with hot water. ( or 200 ml instant coconut milk ). Strain through a muslin cloth. To this, add the sugar, salt, custard powder and place pan on high heat.
When the mixture boils, keep stirring on a medium heat for about five minutes.
Add ghee and about half the nuts and raisins and pourhalwain anungreasedtray. Sprinkle remaining nuts and raisins.
