Soak raw rice for 4 hrs. Grind rice and coconut to a fine paste. Add jaggery, salt, cardamom powder and grated cucumber. Batter should not be too watery.
Heat non-stick frying pan and smear with a little ghee. Pour a ladddleful of the batter and spread it evenly.
Springle a little ghee on top of the dosa and turn it over. Cook to brown.
Alternately you can make this ''dosa'' with whole wheat flour. Instead of raw rice and coconut grating add whole wheat flour. Mix water to the flour to make it to thick consistency - add other ingredients as same.
