Crisp-Tender Asparagus in a Sweet Honey and Garlic Sauce

If you have some asparagus in the frig, try roasting it with this sweet honey and garlic marinade. Even if you aren't a big fan of asparagus, you'll love this dish.
This same marinade would be terrific with broccoli and root vegetables too.
Sweet Honey and Garlic Glazed Roasted Asparagus
Serves 4
1 pound asparagus, trimmed 1 tablespoon garlic oil 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar 1 tsp dijon mustard 1 tsp honey 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese salt and pepper to taste
1. Preheat oven to 450. 2. Combine oil, vinegar, mustard, and honey. 3. Toss asparagus spears with dressing and roast for 10 minutes until crisp-tender. 4. Toss with cheese.
