Cranberries, Pears & Persimmons: Favorite Fall Fruits

Just because it’s getting cooler doesn’t mean we have to forgo fruit. In fact, many fruits grow best in cool weather. During class, we’ll make sweet and savory treats: Brie & Pear Quesadillas, Black-and-White Chocolate & Cranberry Squares, Baked Cinnamon Pears with Mascarpone & Cranberries, and Roasted Winter Veggies with Persimmons, Walnuts & Gorgonzola. [All dishes are gluten-free and vegetarian.]
