Here is a great and simple recipe for a Field Green Salad with homemade Champagne Vinagrette. Let me know how it works out! =) Field Green Salad and Champagne VinagretteIngredients:
4 cups - field greens, organic if possible
1 cup - sliced strawberries
1 Tablespoon - grated fresh ginger root
2 Tablespoons - Florida Crystals® Certified Organic Sugar
1/2 cup - hazelnuts roasted for 10 minutes in a 350 degree oven
1/4 cup - olive or walnut oil
1/4 cup - rasberry vinegar
Add sea salt to taste
Add pepper to taste

Combine all ingredients well and serve immediately.

Serving Quantity: 3 to 4
