Cooking for summer
Menu was:
Polenta with sweet corn basil sauce
Nori and vegetanle soup Oil sautéed bitter bourd and Fu (wheat gkuten) Green salad and Tofu dressing Pickles Macedonia (Italian fruit cacktail)
Polenta is made of corn flour. Easy to cook. Studest’s doughter loved this.

Oil sautéed bitter gourd and Fu (wheat gluten)
Sumer season need more bitter taste.
Green salad and Tofu dressing
