Cooking class in December vol.2

Theme was spring meal for this class
I’d cooked *Chirashi zushi *Shiitake Clear soup *Steamed tofu and vegetables with Umeboshi sauce *Seaweed roll and sesame dressing *Sour cucumber pickles *Apple kudzu  
I use mould for Carrot’s flower shape, but lotus root shape is hand cutting.  I cooked brown rice and baley for this sushi rice. Barley is good for spring season.

It might be defficulet to roll first time. Need practice.
Apple cooks with apple juice, so refreshing and not too sweet!
