3 medium well-mashed banana (I used banana chunks that I had frozen previously)
1/4 c. sunflower seeds
3 tbsp. flaxseeds
3 tbsp. chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350 F. Prepare loaf pan with cooking spray and a dusting of flour.
In a medium bowl, combine flour, oats, baking soda and salt. In a larger bowl, mix applesauce, sugar and banana. Add eggs, mix well. Stir in flour mixture in two or three batches, stir just until combined. Mix in sunflower seeds and flaxseeds. Pour into prepared loaf pan, bake 40-50 minutes, until toothpick inserted into the middle comes out mostly clean.
