I don’t know a woman who doesn’t love chocolate . For me, it’s totally one of those foods that I wish was calorie-free, fat-free and so good for me that I could sit on my couch eating an entire bar without it immediately going to my hips. Sorry guys, you might not be able to relate, but gals, you know what I’m talking about, right? Right…? Please tell me I’m not alone in this.
So when I create a recipe that is decadent, rich and totally full of chocolate , it’s usually gone in minutes. It’s hard to even leave it long enough to photograph. I managed with this one though, so don’t worry.
Today I’ve made you protein-packed Chocolate Chia Pudding. And it’s sweetened with just a hint of stevia . I feel like what I’m about to say is going make some of you roll your eyes, but I swear it’s true.
