Serves: 4 - 5 You will need 1 packet Ching’s paneer chilli sauce mix 1 tablespoon oil 1 onion, diced ( separate each layer of onion ) 10 cloves garlic, chopped 1 packet ( 200 g ) paneer, cubed 75 g mutter ( fresh green peas ) 225 ml ( 2 1/4 cup ) water 1 tablespoon corn flour 2 tablespoon water ( dilute corn flour in 2 tablespoon water ) Heat oil in a wok / frying pan / kadai. Add diced onion and garlic and fry till light golden color. Add cubed paneer and mutter. Mix well. Cover with a lid and cook on a low to medium heat for 5 - 7 minutes ( till panner and mutter softens ). Add Ching’s secret paneer chilli sauce mix and 225 ml ( 2 1/4 cup ) water. Cover with a lid and cook on a medium heat till the water boils ( approximately 3 minutes ). Add diluted corn flour and cook again for 5 minutes or until the sauce thickens. Serve hot with fried rice or Ching's secret veg noodles. |

Ching’s Recipe
Ingredients:
1 packet Ching’s Secret Paneer Chilli Sauce Mix, 200 gm Paneer, 1 capsicum diced, 1 onion diced, 1 cup corn flour, 1 carrot sliced, 450 ml (3 cups) water, Oil to deep fry, 1 spring onion, chopped for garnishing
Method
Coat cubed Paneer in corn flour and deep fry. Keep aside. Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a wok on high flame.
Add the vegetables and stir fry for 1 minute. Add water and the Ching’s Secret Paneer Chilli sauce mix.
Stir, bring to boil and simmer for 2 minutes. Add fried Paneer, mix and simmer for 1 more minute or till the sauce is thick. Garnish with spring onions and serve hot.
