Chilly Garlic Noodles with Maggi Oriental Chilly Garlic Sauce

INGREDIENTS
MAGGI Oriental Chilli Garlic Sauce -4 tbsp (40g)
Fresh Noodles -300g
Salt -1 tbsp (6g)
Garlic (chopped) -2 tbsp (20g)
Dry red chillies -4, whole
Oil -2 tbsp (16g)
Spring onions with greens (chopped) -1 cup (100g)
Ajinomoto -1/2 tsp (1.5g)
Salt -To Taste
METHOD
1. Boil noodles in excess water with 1 tbsp salt, till done , and keep aside for later use.
2. Heat oil and saute the chopped garlic and red chillies.
3. Add the cooked noodles to sautéed garlic and red chillies.
4. Add MAGGI Oriental Chilli Garlic Sauce to the noodles.
5. Add ajinomoto, spring onions and adjust salt to taste.
4. Serve hot.
TIP
For a nutritionally complete meal, serve with sweet and sour vegetables or chilli chicken.
