Chili-Mint Chutney

This is simple recipe for a chutney that goes well with almost anything. Take one bunch of mint leaves, 5 garlic cloves, 2 green chilies, 2 small tomatoes, and salt to taste. Wash and chop the veggies and toss them in a blender. Blend till a thick paste is formed. If it is too thick, you can add a little water. Enjoy!
