Chicken Liver Fry

Chicken Liver Fry
The liver contains the highest concentration of vitamins, minerals, iron and protein.
Preparation Time: 5
Minutes Cooking Time: 15 Minutes
Servings: 2 - 3
You will need
6-7 chicken livers, diced
1 onion diced
1 garlic clove, minced
2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon tomato ketchup/sauce
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon oil
Method
Stir-fry garlic and onion in oil on low heat till soft. Add liver.
Add Worcestershire,
soy
, tomato sauces and stir-fry for 5-7 min.
Add a little water and a dash of
chilli
powder if you like it spicy.
Season with salt and pepper.
Serve with high-fibre
multi grain
bread or
rotis
as a side dish.
