Cherry Cookies
Ingredients
Flour ---2 Cups
Butter ---1 Cup
Castor Sugar ---1/2 Cup
Vanilla Essence ---1 teaspoon
Cherries ---1/4 cup
Method
Sift flour and salt.Add sugar,butter and vanilla essence and rub with fingertips.Add chopped cherries and roll into small balls and place in a baking tray.Bake in a hot oven 425*F or 220*C until brown.Cool
