causes of bitter taste in your mouth

It came 2-3 days ago.I do not have gold bladder I had surgery in 1991, so I suppose that some time the bile can accumulate in diffrent places of the intestines.

Its going away sometimes but as soon as I start eatting , or even without that the taste comes back Should I call the doctor?
