Can a heat stroke cause a healthy person to have heat intolerance?

While in Iraq I had a heat stroke w/ renal failure, due to overdose on oral rehydration salt and heat up to 140 degrees. It has be 3 years and I am still have problem with the heat and controlling my own temp.
