1.In a pan saute shrimp with 1/2 tsp of the Cajun spice. Saute until cooked. Do not over cook.
2.In a heated skillet add olive oil, onions, zucchini and garlic, saute until slightly tender. Then add corn and tomatoes and turn heat down to medium low. Stir in Worcestershire sauce
3.Now add shrimp, brown rice, bar b Que sauce, the other 1/2 tsp of Cajun spice, pinch of salt and cilantro. Mix until heated and enjoy!
