Broccoli Joli

I have a confession to make: I don't like veggies, and I especially don't like broccoli.  But it's one of the most nutrient-dense produce around, so I use a little.  To take away the strong sulfur taste and odor of cooked broccoli, I blanch it by plunging it for 1 minute in boiling water, then cooling it.
