Broccoli, Green Beans, Carrots and Almonds Power Fry came to fruition when I had to make  a healthy family dinner, but my fridge was virtually empty. I did well. This dish is hearty, full of protein, magnesium, calcium, fiber, vitamins and flavor. Making it takes 5 minutes, if you precook the green beans.
