Method
1, Soak the Urad Dall in water for about 1 hour and thirty minutes 2, Cut Ginger, Green Chillies and Curry leaves into small pieces 3, Drain the water and grind the Urad Dall using very little water into a thick batter, add all the ingredients except the cheese spread and oil . 4 ,Take a small ball of batter, roll it into a ball and with the help of your finger make a small cavity in the batter ball . 5, Keep the cheese spread in the center and cover the cheese with a little batter and roll back into a ball and drop it into hot oil and fry till Golden Brown . 6, Now you are ready to enjoy a Hot Hot Cheese Spread Bonda.
