Bread & mint crusted sea bass with pasta & vegetables

220 g sea bass steak 4 white bread slices 20 g mint leaves , chopped Salt to taste Pepper to taste 30 ml olive oil 30 g tagliatelle pasta 20 g carrots , cut into batons 20 g zucchini , cut into batons 10 ml lemon juice 20 g Dijon mustard
1, Marinate sea bass fillet with with salt , pepper and lemon juice.
2, Trim edges of white bread slices. Dice.
3, Put the bread pieces and mint in a mixer and blend until powdery.
4, Heat olive oil in a pan and sear the fish from all sides.
5, Apply mustard to fish fillets.
6, Crumb fish with fresh bread crumbs. Bake fish in the oven at 220 * C for 10 minutes.
7, Saute all the vegetables.
8, Serve fish with butter- tossed tagliatelle pasta and vegetables.
