600 g peeled prawns60 g corn flour Refined oil to fry and sauté 3 star anise
3 g red chilli 20 g chopped ginger 20 g chopped garlic 20 g chopped onion 20 g chopped celery 8 g crushed black peppercorn 90 ml oyster sauce 60 ml stock water 20 ml corn flour, dissolved in water Seasoning to taste
Method
1, Dust the prawns with the corn flour and deep fry. 2, Heat oil in a wok , sauté the whole star anise, red chilli and then the ginger, garlic , onion, celery and black peppercorn. 3, Add the prawns, oyster sauce , stock and seasoning. 4, Add little corn starch, cook to reduce and serve.
