Bhindi Bhojpuri ( Bhindi Fry )

Bhindi Bhojpuri

Ingredients

Bhindi /Ladies Finger - 250 gms

Ajwain - 10 gms

Ginger-Garlic paste - 25 gms

Red Chilli Powder- 15 gms 

Vinegar - 15 ml

Rice Flour - 50 gms 

Besan - 100 gms 

Salt - To taste

Oil - for frying

Chat Masala - 10 gms

Method

Wash and wipe ladies finger and cut into thin slices.

Add ginger-garlic paste, ajwain, red chilli powder, rice flour, besan and salt to sliced ladies finger.

Mix till the ladies finger is coated with the mixture. Add vinegar and mix. If necessary, sprinkle a little water.

Heat oil and fry bhindi till crisp and golden.

Sprinkle chaat masala and serve garnished with roundels of onions.
