Baked Seasoned Kale Chips: Brunch N'Cupcakes Serves 2-4
Ingredients: 2 Teaspoons Olive Oil 1 Large Bunch Dinosaur Kale - Roughly Chopped 1/2 Teaspoon Salt 1 Teaspoon Garlic 1/2 Teaspoon Cumin 1/2 Teaspoon Chili Powder
Directions: 1- Preheat oven to 375 degrees. 2- In a medium bowl toss chopped kale with olive oil and spices. Rub kale for 2 minutes to ensure that olive oil and spices are evenly distributed. 3- Spread kale out on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes or until crunchy and slightly browned. I usually stir the kale after it has been in the oven for 10 minutes to ensure even browning.
