Baked Pasta

-  4 Cups Penne
-  1 Med Onion
-  1 Zucchini
-  1 Green Bell Pepper
-  1 Red Bell Pepper
-  3 cloves of Garlic
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
-  6 fresh Basil Leaves
-  2 jars of Bertolli Marinara Sauce
- 1/2 cup shredded Fontina Cheese
-1/2 cup shredded Mozzarella

Cooking Directions:

-  Saute chopped garlic and onion until soft in Olive oil.
-  Add chopped mushrooms, green pepper, red pepper and zucchini and cook until soft.
-  Bring water to boil add Pasta to it until al dente
-  Mix all pasta with the vegetables and sauce, sprinkle chopped fresh basil, cover with aluminum foil, bake at 400° for 30 min
-  Remove foil sprinkle the top with cheese… bake under broil @ 500°F for 5 min or until the cheese is golden
